1. What are the inclusions in the overnight rate?
Our resort aims to give our guests the best staycation experience at the most affordable prices possible. Please check out rooms for detailed information about the accommodation and use of all free amenities.
2. Are we allowed to bring food and beverages? Are we allowed to cook/grill food?
Each Kubo is equipped with its own kitchen, including cookware, allowing you to cook or grill your food. There is no corkage fee for bringing your food.
For alcoholic beverages and beer, we have the following corkage fees at our Glass Café & Bar:
• Php 400 for local bottles, Php 800 for imported bottles
• Php 50 for local beers, Php 100 for imported beers

3. Do you allow pets?
Yes. We happily welcome small to medium-sized furry friends!
4. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 12nn
5. Do you allow early check-in?
Early check-in is not allowed.
If you arrive early, parking is permitted, but you may need to wait inside your vehicle. Due to high demand, we are often fully booked and require sufficient time to prepare your Kubo.
6. Do you have free parking space?
We provide a free gated parking area for all resort guests.
7. Do you allow day tours?
We can only accommodate day tours on weekdays. The fee is Php 1,000 per person from Monday to Thursday, minimum of 5 pax.
For day tours, the facilities are available for an 8-hour duration. You can opt for either of the following time slots:
• 10am to 6pm
• 12nn to 8pm
An extension per hour is subject to a Php 2,000 charge.
Please note that only the Common Cabana (for sharing with other guests) and the Glass Café & Bar are accessible during day tours.
The air-conditioned Kubo is available for use with a charge of Php 5,000.
8. Do you have a Couples discount?
Couples can enjoy a discount of Php 5,000 from our regular weekday rate of Php 15,000.
Please note that this discount is applicable only for stays on weekdays, between Monday to Thursday.
9. Do you offer PWD/Senior Citizen discounts?
While we understand the desire to offer discounts to seniors and PWD, our weekends are in high demand, and many guests prefer booking on those days. Considering our already low prices for the luxurious experience and exclusivity we provide, it becomes challenging to extend additional discounts during peak periods.
However, for stays on weekdays (Monday to Thursday), we are more than happy to accommodate this special request.
10. Can we do an ocular visit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins or conduct ocular visits.

11. Do you offer packages for prenuptial, wedding, birthday, and teambuilding events?
Yes, we provide packages for these events. Please check out our packages.
12. Are photoshoots allowed?
Yes, we provide a package for photoshoots. Please check out our packages.
13. What offerings are available at the Glass Café & Bar?
The Glass Café & Bar is solely for the exclusive use of resort guests. Operating hours are from breakfast and, in the afternoon, from 3pm until 10pm. Here you can check out our cafe menu and bar menu.

14. What is your cancellation policy?
While we do not provide refunds, we do offer the option to reschedule if notified at least two weeks in advance. Please be aware that we frequently reject inquiries once a booking is confirmed, and it becomes challenging for us to find replacements when cancellations occur within two weeks of the scheduled date.
