Balai Alegria requires a SIGNED RESERVATION AGREEMENT Form and 50% DOWN PAYMENT in order to finalize the reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00nn. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and corresponding charge.

Food & Beverages: Bringing of food is permitted without corkage fees. However, alcoholic beverages are allowed but subject to corkage fees.

Payment Arrangements: Payment for your booking can be made using various methods, including cash, Gcash, or bank transfer. To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

Upon check-in, the remaining balance and a security deposit of Php 10,000 per Kubo must be settled in cash, Gcash, or through a bank transfer. The security deposit will be refunded during check-out, provided there are no damages to the resort property. 

All incidental charges for food, beverages, activities, and services incurred shall be payable through cash, Gcash or bank transfer upon order.

Booked Guests: If the actual number of guests exceeds the initially booked count, an additional charge of Php 1,500 per person will be incurred.

Pet Policy: We allow small to medium-sized pets. A pet cleaning fee of Php 1,000 applies for every 1-2 pets. Please note that swimming for dogs in the pool is not allowed.

Any damage on furniture & linens will be charged to the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: While we do not provide refunds, we do offer the option to reschedule if notified at least two weeks in advance. Rebooking is subject to availability, seasonal rate difference, and increased published rates when applicable.

Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Balai Alegria, the parties agree that Balai Alegria shall not be held liable for any inability to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. Both parties recognize the impact of force majeure events and agree to negotiate in good faith to find an equitable resolution to any resulting issues.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
• Our location is along the main highway. If coming from NLEX, take the "PULILAN EXIT" instead of following Waze recommendations to take the Sta. Rita exit. The resort is approximately 1.5km from the Pulilan Exit. Once you see Sea Oil on the left side, you are close. The house is on the left side.
• Main garden lights are turned off by 9pm.
• The pool is open until 11pm.
• Karaoke is STRICTLY until 10pm.
• The pool lights are on until 10pm. Should you want to swim beyond this time, kindly inform us. 
• The Cabana closes by 12am. For special occasions, extension until 1am is possible, but beyond this, a fee of Php 1,000 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit.
• We provide Converge Wifi.
• We have a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
• Proper swimsuit attire is required for pool use to maintain cleanliness.
• This is a nature resort. Occasionally, the pool may have leaves, and there may be mosquitoes (especially on rainy days, there might be frogs). We provide insect repellants and citronella incense, but guests are advised to bring their mosquito repellent lotions.
• Every Kubo is equipped with its own kitchen, fully stocked with cookware. Guests are welcome to cook or grill their food, and there is no corkage fee on outside food. We have ensured that all essential kitchen appliances and tools are provided.
• We provide a mini-refrigerator in your room, but if you are bringing excessive food, we encourage guests to bring coolers. Please note that we do not have a large refrigerator.
• Package does not include breakfast, but you have the option to order from us at Php 350 per person. Additionally, we offer food trays for lunch and dinner through pre-orders.
• Kindly bring everything you need, as we do not have staff available for grocery runs. If you need to buy anything, here are some options:

- Cafe de Alegria at Balai (Pre-order Lunch & Dinner, Liquors & Drinks, Chips & Snacks)
- Open 24 hours: Alfamart (500m away), 7-Eleven (500m away)
- Open until 9pm: SM Pulilan (4km away), Robinsons (3km away)
- For delivery until 8pm: Food Panda, Grabfood

NOTE: We have a Cafe/Bar, so we charge a corkage fee for drinks brought in: Php 400/800 Local/Imported Bottles and Php 50/100 for Local/Imported Beers.

• We follow a "clean as you go" policy at our private resort and Airbnb, with a distinct operation from hotels. Please note the following important reminders:

- Our cleaning staff ensures that the Kubos are thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives and after they depart. Additional cleaning during your stay is possible upon request, subject to a small fee.
- In the common dining areas, our staff is not responsible for cleaning dishes, plates, cookware, and utensils. Guests are expected to clean up after their gatherings.
